Against the Tigers, M-S scored in each inning while getting strong pitching performances by Brooks Coetzee and Cory Noe.

The Bulldogs blew the game open in the third and fourth innings when they scored five and four runs, respectively, to create a 12-0 lead.

"As a team we pounded out hit after hit," M-S coach Nic DiFilippo said. "I was very happy of the at-bats and how we put pressure on them."

M-S tacked on one more run in the fifth for the 13-0 win.

"The Urbana game was great pitching by Brooks and Cory," DiFilippo said.

Monday's game against Teutopolis and Tuesday's game against Olympia were both canceled because of inclement weather.
