Dawgapalooza is an annual fundraiser to support Mahomet-Seymour school athletics and other extracurricular activities, from band to scholastic groups. Held each year before the Bulldogs’ first football game, the event typically nets between $5,000 and $8,000 to support district programs, and the street party-like atmosphere includes inflatables for the young and young at heart, music, food, face painting, Bulldogs gear for sale and more. To wrap up Dawgapalooza, the Marching Bulldogs play and cheerleaders take the helm for a pep rally before the football team takes the field.
